Fondation H invited curator Abdellah Karroum to present an original interpretation of the Fondation H Collection. Bringing together over 50 artworks by 41 artists, the exhibition creates historical, cultural, and political dialogues between Madagascar, Africa, and the wider world. Inspired by kabary, the ancestral Malagasy art of oratory, the exhibition invites reflection on the Fondation H Collection and the role of art in contemporary society. Following the structure of a traditional kabary, the exhibition unfolds as a three-part journey: an introduction to the collection, a central dialogue between artworks addressing major issues of our time, and a concluding section that looks toward the future.
